Todd A. Rodriguez, Esquire, is is a regulatory and transactional health care attorney with a primary focus on fraud and abuse counseling, Medicare Part B reimbursement, physician representation, managed care and corporate and contracting issues. Todd is a partner in the Health Law Group of the Firm, resident in the Chester County office.
Todd regularly advises clients on complex fraud and abuse compliance and regulatory issues, contract negotiations and drafting, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy issues, reimbursement, and corporate and employment issues. Todd is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations and, in 2005, he was named a "Pennsylvania Rising Star" in a joint project of Law & Politics Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine.
